Welcome Canadian buyers! 10 to 15% of our internet business, are sales to Canadian buyers. So we thought we would add a section just for you. This doesn’t cover everything but will help you to get started. If at all possible, please call, as opposed to e-mailing Jeff Garvey, with your questions about importation logistics. It’s much quicker and easier by phone. Of course general questions about the vehicle you’re interested in will gladly be answered by e-mail, if that..s your preference.  
For Canadian Buyers: If title is to be release at time of delivery, bank to bank, wire Transfer is your quickest way to handle this transaction If payment is other than bank wire transfer, i.e., Certified bank check or approved loan check-Title will only be released, when all funds have cleared. Keep in mind that can take several weeks. Also very important! We will assist you with whatever documents you will need to clear Canadian customs but knowing exactly which vehicles qualify for importation into Canada and which documents are required by your home province, are the buyers responsibility. Those requirements can be found at this website www.riv.ca that is: Registration of import vehicles, Canada. Also a generic web search asking “How do I import a car into Canada” will bring up lots of information, including discussion boards and message boards. Taxes and Fees

Buyer is responsible for fees and taxes required by their state of residence. See list below for those states that require us to collect state sales taxes for them. Tag and title fees not included. There is a $150.00 Doc Fee added to the final sales price, plus a $20.00 out-of-state driveaway sticker if you should require one. These are the states that require us to collect their state sales taxes for them: Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina and of course Illinois
