Winning bidder must telephone 410-374-5553 Ask for Brent or Max, within 24 hours of auction close to verify purchase and supply Arena with purchasers billing information. We will then email you a purchase order which needs to be signed and emailed or faxed back to 410-374-4776 immediately. A deposit of $5,000 paid by Certified Check, PayPal or Bank to Bank Wire Transfer is due within 48 hours of auction ending. The balance is due within (7) days from the end of auction. Full payment must be received either by Bank to Bank Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check, approved Bank Draft, Cash in person or Certified Funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis and your deposit will be forfeited.
All buyers pay a $100.00 administrative fee, plus a $100.00 documentary fee, Plus $50 for a MD Temp Tag. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states.
