Fee and Tax Information:

Texas buyers pay 6.25% sales tax and the cost of any required state safety inspection as well as registration and temp tag and title fees. Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. All buyers will be responsible for documentary fee of $125.00 and and a vit tax .002537 based on sales price. And there is an additonal E-Tag temp tag fee of $5.00. In most situations the titles to our vehicles will be in our possession at the time of purchase; however, there may be occasions where the title work will be completed after the transaction. In some cases there may be delays in receiving the original vehicle title work. This procedure is very normal and should be of no concern. In most states there may be titles to vehicles that are held by banks or other lien holders as collateral for loans which explains the reasons for the title delays.
