Customer must pay the deposit within 2 days and pay for the vehicle in full within 7 days. Customer is responsible for shipping but if you cannot provide your own transporter (if out of state) then we can assist you by proving you a quote. Buyer PickupA representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.                Fee and Tax Information:Out of State CustomersCash Transaction:Out of state Customers are not charged tax, title, or license. The Customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own state. The Customer will be provided with the California Motor Vehicles Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. This form is to be completed by the purchaser and is to remain in the customer file at the Dealership conducting the sale. The customer will be required to take the vehicle back to their home state immediately. California Law states that the vehicle is not to be driven in California. This will require to have the buyer pay for transportation or for a small fee we can have 2 Sales guys drive your vehicle out of state where they will meet the buyer and have the California Motor Vehicle Sales Tax Exemption Form notarized at the state line. Finance Transaction:Along with the completion of the California Motor Vehicles Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, an out of state customer that is financing a vehicle, is required to pay taxes imposed by their home-state. The title department of the dealership selling the vehicle will contact the local tax office closest to the residence of the purchaser to make arrangements o have paperwork titled in the customer’s home-state, county and or parish. The title application will be mailed to the Tax Office. The customer will receive their registration upon return, the finance institute will receive the title for the vehicle and the Dealership will receive the paperwork receipts to be kept in the customer’s file.
